This week, our team is focusing on the removal of the existing septic tank, an important step in preparing the site for upcoming construction activities. Removal work is expected to begin this week and take approximately four days to complete.
While this work is underway, our team will also continue coordinating other site activities to prepare for the next phases of construction, including grading and underground utility work. We are working to keep activities moving forward as efficiently as possible while staying on schedule.
Looking Ahead: The Next Two Weeks
Over the next two weeks, our team plans to:
Begin and complete septic tank removal, which is expected to take approximately four days.
Continue site coordination and preparation for upcoming grading and underground utility work.
Coordinate with inspectors, utility agencies, and subcontractors to prepare for upcoming off-site work and any associated traffic control measures.
Continue coordinating on-site and off-site activities simultaneously whenever possible to help keep the project moving forward.
